Michel Naddef joined in 2008 and has led red-winemaking since 2014. With stints at Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé and Domaine Bertagna,
he introduced a modern touch: whole-bunch fermentation, shorter cold soaks, and calibrated new-oak use to heighten fruit purity and freshness.

Every winery carries its own philosophy—shaped by terroir, tradition, and the winemaker’s vision. The estate practices sustainable viticulture. Though not certified organic, it firmly avoids the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, emphasizing manual vineyard work and ecological balance to maintain vineyard health.
All grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted on site. The wines are fermented with native yeasts, and the percentage of new oak is adjusted according to the cuvée level—around 20% for village wines, and as low as 10% for premier and grand crus. Some wines undergo whole-cluster fermentation, adding freshness and structural complexity.
These wines are known for their pure fruit aromas, balanced structure, and strong sense of place. While approachable in youth, they also offer excellent aging potential.
